As part of the recruitment process, we will ask you to provide documentation to confirm your Aboriginality and your cultural capability will also be assessed through the recruitment process Employees in the Traineeship Program work full-time for undertaking rotating placements of 3 months duration through areas such as Hospital Outpatient/Inpatient Services, Clinical Services and Administration Services. Employees are developed and supported through the traineeship via a range of professional development activities, including training courses and mentoring and applying their knowledge on the job. To complement the workplace learning and accelerate their knowledge, trainees are required to successfully undertake and complete all components of the Certificate III Health Administration.
