The role focuses on holistic and individualized care planning that addresses physical, emotional, and social wellbeing. As part of a supportive and professional Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) team, you will work collaboratively to improve community health while enjoying family-friendly hours, autonomy, and meaningful work.
