In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team delivering learner administration and governance across multiple training programs. This role will see you support the effective delivery of learner-based processes, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) obligations. You’ll manage Rail Safety Worker (RSW) competency cards, verifying learner data within approved systems to uphold regulatory standards critical to Transport for NSW, its Rail Agencies and the broader workforce. You will navigate complex compliance requirements to deliver accurate, timely learner qualification processing in a highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment. About you * Knowledge of the 2025 Standards for RTOs including Outcome Standards, Compliance Standards and Fit and Proper Person Requirements, and Credential Policy. * You understand the regulatory requirements of record-keeping within a Public Service environment, with knowledge of State funding contracts (Smart Skilled). * You're recognised as a reliable administrator, skilled at data verification and process coordination, experienced in regulatory compliance. * You will have attention to detail, enabling accurate learner record-keeping and regulatory alignment. * You are strong communicator, with the ability to engage with stakeholders. * You have strong time management and prioritisation skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and Equip systems.
