What you'll be doing This position will be responsible to perform duties consistent with a District administrative support role in providing high level support to Team Leaders, Managers and Project Managers within the Capital Works & Asset Management division primarily. The position will also support inputs from LHD District Finance, Health Infrastructure, Public Works and other consultants. This is a temp contract with possibility of ongoing employment. About You You are a highly capable administrative professional with experience supporting multiple teams and stakeholders within large, complex organisations. Thriving in fast-paced and demanding environments, you provide efficient and reliable administrative support while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism and service excellence. You have a sound understanding of procurement processes and policies and are skilled in managing a variety of administrative functions to support business operations. Your strong technical capabilities include proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as experience using spreadsheets, databases and presentation software to produce high-quality work and support informed decision-making. With excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills, you build productive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels while confidently managing challenges and resolving issues as they arise. Highly organised and adaptable, you are able to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines and manage diverse workloads effectively. You work equally well independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, sound judgement and the ability to perform with minimal supervision in a dynamic workplace environment.
