Achieve Something Great Join the Admissions and Enquiries team at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital and play a key role in supporting patients, carers and visitors. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to deliver high-quality customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced healthcare environment while contributing to positive patient experiences. * Be the first point of contact for patients, carers and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy hospital environment * Support patient admissions, registrations and bookings using a range of health information and electronic medical record systems.D20 * Contribute to a positive patient journey by ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining confidentiality at all times. * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support the smooth operation of patient registration and enquiry services. * Develop your administrative and customer service skills while making a meaningful difference within one of South Western Sydney's largest hospitals.
