AO3 Project Support Officer | Buderim | Hybrid We're seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to join a busy maintenance-focused team, providing essential administrative and records management support. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with correspondence, document control and data management.

The Opportunity • Location: Buderim • Work Arrangement: Hybrid • Contract: 31 August 2026 to 28 February 2027 • Extension: Possible 1 x 6-month extension • Pay Rate: $51.13 - $56.72 per hour + super

Key Responsibilities • Review, register and file correspondence and documents within electronic records management systems • Monitor and manage a high-volume correspondence mailbox • Perform data entry, document management and records administration activities • Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with policies and procedures • Support the timely management of enquiries and correspondence • Assist in reducing document and correspondence backlogs

About You • Strong administration and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy • Ability to manage competing priorities and large volumes of information • Excellent organisational and written communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel • Experience with Content Manager or a similar electronic document and records management system will be highly regarded
