• Coordinate delivery across the Strategy Program, supporting project teams to plan and deliver initiatives and identify change impacts, expected benefits, risks, issues and dependencies. • Provide program management support across the Strategy Program through governance reporting, performance monitoring and insights that inform prioritisation and decision-making. • Coordinate organisational change across the Strategy Program, providing oversight of readiness, adoption and risks and working with teams to address barriers and improve outcomes. • Lead change planning for key initiatives to help staff and leaders understand, prepare for and adopt new ways of working. • Design and deliver communication and engagement activities that build awareness, confidence and readiness for change. • Lead the identification, measurement and reporting of program benefits to help ensure strategic initiatives deliver lasting value for the organisation. • Lead a small team, role modelling our leadership behaviours, supporting a professional and collaborative working environment, coaching, giving continuous feedback, resolving conflict and facilitating career development.
