Our client, a large Federal Government Department is seeking to engage a suitably qualified APS6-equivalent Business Analyst to support a Regulatory Improvement Project (RIP).

The services will contribute to establishing a consolidated understanding of current and future regulatory workflows, data flows and digital opportunities to support the modernisation of live animal export regulation.

Duties:

• Completing and validating current-state process maps across livestock, non-livestock and genetics export functions.

• Capturing business and functional requirements to support future digital solution design and implementation activities.

• Documenting current and future digital touchpoints across export regulatory workflows.

• Identify and map data capture points across export workflows to support a “tell us once” approach enabling data reuse across systems

• Develop data maps detailing:

• Key data sources and owners

• Data collection and validation points

• Data flows between systems

• Reporting requirements
