What You’ll Do: • Deliver direct emergency care and coordinate clinical management in collaboration with Emergency Physicians and Admitting Medical Officers. • Lead and support junior doctors and medical students, fostering a culture of learning and mentorship. • Participate in night shifts and after-hours rosters, ensuring 24/7 care for patients. • Coordinate resuscitation efforts for critically ill adults and children, with support from senior clinicians and retrieval services. • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team environment that values education, research, and work/life balance.
