Clinical Support Officer - Nursing Administration Rostering Clerk Dubbo Health Service

About the role An exciting opportunity exists for a highly organised and motivated Clinical Support Officer to join the Nursing and Midwifery leadership team at Dubbo Health Service on a part-time basis.

Working closely with the Nursing Executive, the successful applicant will play a key role in supporting workforce operations through the coordination and management of staffing vacancies and roster requirements across a seven-day roster. This position requires excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving skills to ensure safe and effective staffing outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic healthcare environment and contributing to the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care through effective workforce coordination.
