In this role, you'll: * You will respond to regulatory program enquiries and provide accurate advice on compliance matters, non-compliance allegations, and information requests from law enforcement agencies. * You will investigate and resolve customer compliance issues in line with policies, procedures, and decision-making guidelines, escalating complex matters when required. * You will support customer service excellence by identifying enquiry trends, contributing to reporting, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. * You will maintain and update customer enquiry systems and databases to support evidence-based decision-making, risk management, and regulatory reporting. About you * You have proven experience delivering high-quality customer service in fast-paced, high-volume environments. * Your strong problem-solving skills enable you to efficiently investigate and resolve customer enquiries and compliance issues. * You can effectively manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. * Your ability to work under pressure supports consistent service delivery and positive customer outcomes.
