Our client, a Federal Government entity is seeking multiple Delivery Managers .

About the role - Delivery Managers

Work with technical teams, business areas and vendors to manage operational dependencies, risks, issues, service impacts and competing priorities.

Duties - Delivery Managers

• Leading/coordinating multidisciplinary delivery teams using waterfall and agile methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies to achieve successful delivery outcomes.

• Mentoring, coaching and motivating technical and non-technical teams in fast-paced delivery environment

Skills / Experience - Delivery Managers

• Experience supporting change activities, including helping teams and stakeholders understand new processes, systems or ways of working.

• Experience delivering Agile projects within PRINCE2 or equivalent project governance frameworks, including identifying opportunities to improve delivery processes, remove blockers and support more efficient ways of working.

• Experience working with vendors or delivery partners to monitor progress, manage issues and keep project delivery on track.
