About the Branch The Regulatory Reform and Design branch leads system level regulatory design, legislative policy and reform, market stewardship and regulatory frameworks to strengthen quality and safety in the NDIS Market.
About the Role The Director Program Management provides leadership and direction across the Regulatory Reform Program, ensuring program functions are effectively coordinated to support the delivery of a complex reform agenda.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: • Provide leadership and strategic direction across the Program and advice to senior executive and the Senior Responsible Officer. • Oversee the implementation and ongoing operation of effective program management processes to support the successful delivery of the Program. • Lead the strategic coordination and delivery of program functions across a complex environment, ensuring alignment with NDIS Commission priorities, governance frameworks, and delivery objectives. • Promote a strategic connection between the program leadership and senior decision makers and bodies by coordinating governance inputs, facilitating timely and targeted reporting, and ensuring program outputs support executive oversight and strategic alignment.
