About this role

The Department of Finance is seeking an APS5 Drupal Developer to support delivery and maintenance of whole-of-government digital products. The role works under direction, applies foundational technical skills to allocated tasks and contributes to team outputs while developing capability and experience in a structured environment.

The role contributes to maintaining platform stability, meeting security and compliance requirements, supporting strategic initiatives and strengthening development capability within the team.

Know • Foundational Drupal development and maintenance. • HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and version control basics. • Build, release and deployment practices under guidance. • Testing, documentation and issue diagnosis. • Security and WCAG accessibility awareness. • Cloud, DevOps and government digital service exposure where relevant.
