About the Role As an Enrolled Nurse within Community Health, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care across a diverse community setting. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical support and contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of outcome-focused care that promotes health, wellbeing and independence. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to work with clients who have a range of health and complex care needs, supporting them through compassionate care, clinical assessment, education and ongoing monitoring. You will utilise your clinical skills, judgement and effective communication abilities to ensure positive health outcomes while working across a seven-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
About You You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a genuine passion for community-based healthcare. You bring sound clinical knowledge and the ability to think critically, solve problems and respond effectively to individual patient needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are confident communicating with patients, families and healthcare professionals through a range of written, verbal and digital platforms. Your ability to manage competing priorities, contribute to multidisciplinary care planning and support clients with complex needs will enable you to make a meaningful impact in the community. Most importantly, you are committed to delivering safe, respectful and person-centred care that improves the lives of those you support.
What you'll be doing Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District Policies and procedures.
