Hawkesbury District Health Service is a teaching hospital in Windsor NSW, providing acute, community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding districts. The service provides 24-hour emergency, medical, surgical, diagnostic, maternity, neonatal, paediatric, palliative, intensive and coronary care services. An exciting opportunity to join the Florence Risby Medical team at Hawkesbury District Hospital as an Enrolled Nurse on a 7-day rotating roster. Florence Risby Ward is a busy and rewarding Medical unit providing care to patients with a broad range of acute conditions. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centred care, supporting patients throughout their hospital journey. In this role, you will assist with the delivery of high quality clinical care, monitor and report on patient conditions, and contribute to a positive and supportive ward environment. You will be part of a team that values respect, professionalism, and continuous improvement. We are seeking motivated Enrolled Nurses with current AHPRA registration who demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to excellent patient care, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced acute setting. Experience in medical nursing is highly regarded. What you will bring to the role * Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse Division 2 with AHPRA. * Demonstrated experience and clinical skill in acute nursing. * Demonstrated capacity to provide effective nursing care that is person centred, family inclusive and culturally sensitive to people accessing health services. * Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. * Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills including written and verbal. * Demonstrated commitment to professional development. * Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. * Ability to work a flexible roster, day, evening and night shifts 7 days rotating rosters.
