In this role, you'll: Be responsible for delivering industry engagement, asset management capability development, and engineering excellence across the transport sector, this role will see you develop and deliver strategic industry engagement programs, foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and drive initiatives that strengthen capability and knowledge sharing across Transport for NSW and the broader industry. You will lead innovative engagement initiatives and capability-building opportunities in a complex and evolving transport environment. From partnering with industry peak bodies and professional associations to developing communication strategies, delivering stakeholder engagement activities, and advising senior leaders, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping industry connections and sector capability outcomes. About you Your stakeholder engagement, communications and relationship management expertise, formed across sectors such as infrastructure, engineering, transport, government, consulting, professional services or industry associations, will see you excel in building trusted partnerships, influencing diverse stakeholders, and delivering programs that drive capability uplift and continuous improvement. You're recognised as a highly effective communicator and relationship builder, skilled at developing engagement strategies, influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and translating complex information into clear and meaningful messages. Experienced in industry engagement, strategic communications, program delivery and stakeholder management, you'll bring a proactive and collaborative approach that leads to stronger industry partnerships, enhanced professional capability and measurable engagement outcomes.
