In this role, you'll: Provide exceptional support to learners across a broad range of accredited and non-accredited learning programs, helping them navigate enrolment, registration and participation requirements. You'll resolve complex and escalated learner enquiries, provide expert advice on learning pathways and learner obligations, and ensure a seamless learner experience through accurate administration and support. Working closely with the Learning Operations Manager, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, service excellence, quality assurance, and the effective use of learning systems to support workforce capability development. This is a part-time fixed-term opportunity, working 2 days per week (Wednesday and Friday) through to 21 May 2027. About you You are a customer-focused professional with experience providing high-quality service in a contact centre, shared services, or similar environment. You can confidently manage complex enquiries, build strong relationships, and deliver positive outcomes for learners and stakeholders. Experience with learning programs, remote support, and working across multiple systems will be highly regarded.
