In this role, you'll: Work as part of a team delivering Transport’s risk based procurement assurance and compliance program, coordinating and undertaking assurance testing, monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement activities across divisions and agencies. This role will see you add purpose by leading assurance activities, analysing compliance results, preparing high quality insights, and supporting stakeholders to address non compliance and embed improved practices. You will build and strengthen assurance capability, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and find opportunities for innovation and efficiencies in an environment marked by diverse procurement practices, varied risk profiles, and evolving legislative requirements. About you Your leadership capability, assurance expertise and strong analytical and communication skills—formed across procurement assurance, compliance, audit, or governance roles in government, infrastructure or large complex organisations—will see you excel in delivering robust testing, producing high quality reporting, and guiding stakeholders through compliance challenges. You will bring rigour, consistency and stakeholder influence to lead to improved procurement governance, uplifted capability and strengthened organisational compliance. You're recognised as ethical and professional, skilled at explaining complex concepts, building collaborative relationships and coaching teams, and experienced in leading assurance programs, interpreting legislation and policy, managing risk, and driving continuous improvement.
