In this role, you'll: Be working as part of a team delivering project scoping and development activities that identify and prioritise suitable traffic, safety and public transport based network solutions to address operational, policy, technology, and infrastructure needs; stakeholder engagement to support program pipeline planning and development; preparation of business cases, funding proposals and program plans; and development of high quality minor infrastructure projects and programs. This role will see you support the development of program pipelines, including the investigation, scoping and development of minor infrastructure projects and programs, contribute to consultation and assessment of user requirements, source and analyse data to inform designs and reports, provide input into environmental assessments, and assist in preparing evidence based submissions — offering a strong development opportunity across multidisciplinary engineering, project development and stakeholder engagement. You will deliver effective project pipelines, planning and program development outcomes in a complex environment balancing competing priorities, stakeholder expectations, governance requirements and program guidelines. This position is based at Parramatta. The role is based in a hybrid environment, with 50% attendance in the office required. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack About you Your experience in the development of road safety or transport infrastructure projects, combined with your ability to support multidisciplinary technical teams formed across engineering, infrastructure planning or related project environments will see you excel in managing program requirements, overcoming challenges relating to consultation, changing processes and competing priorities, and bringing strong analytical and technical capability to deliver high quality project outcomes. You’re recognised as adept in communication, collaboration, integrity, critical thinking and project management skilled at contributing to project scoping, design development, environmental assessments and preparation of business cases experienced in engineering analysis, stakeholder engagement, option assessment, data interpretation and supporting effective project development across a transport network. You will possess a relevant four-year engineering (Civil / Structural or related) degree or appropriate equivalent tertiary qualification as well as a current and valid Australian motor vehicle driver license and willingness on occasion to work outside normal working hours and travel.
