• Delivering high-level HR advice aligned with legislation, policy, and best practice

• Deliver Masterclasses on HR topics to uplift management capability

• Supporting consistent and high-quality HR service delivery across the business

About You:

You are a confident and credible HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You bring:

• Strong experience in HR business partnering and consultancy within complex organisations

• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders

• Deep understanding of industrial frameworks, legislation, and contemporary HR practices

• Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
