The branch builds Council???s capacity to manage performance, portfolios and change to deliver desired outcomes for the city and adapt to future demand and growth.?? The Role?? As a Process Specialist you will support the Manager Delivery Excellence and Business Architect in driving the delivery and embedment of Brisbane City Council's Business Process Management (BPM) Centre of Excellence (COE), business and process architecture framework, and a range of strategic BPM initiatives.?? You will contribute to the implementation, governance and ongoing management of Council's BPM technologies, methodologies and standards to achieve optimal service and process outcomes. Working at the heart of Council's process management capability, you will help strengthen and evolve business process management practices, with a particular focus on business architecture and the effective use of SAP Signavio.?? You will partner with project teams, service owners, business process practitioners and technology vendors to foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive the adoption of best-practice BPM approaches across the organisation. Bringing an analytical mindset and systems-thinking approach, you will be comfortable navigating different business areas, identifying opportunities for improvement and providing expert advice on business and process architecture-related initiatives.?? Key skills to help you succeed in the role?? ??? Strong business process management (BPM) knowledge, including process design, governance, continuous improvement and application of best-practice frameworks.?? ??? Business architecture proficiency, with the ability to understand and connect end-to-end business capabilities, processes and outcomes.?? ??? Hands-on experience with BPM Tool (preferably SAP Signavio) or similar process management system for process modelling, process architecture and BPM governance.?? ??? Capability to work autonomously while influencing stakeholders at all levels and driving process management outcomes.?? ??? Experience developing training materials, facilitating workshops and building organisational capability in process management practices.?? ??? Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.?? ??? A commitment to embedding sustainable process management practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.??

Highly regarded?? Tertiary qualifications in Business Process Management or related discipline???? Knowledge of TOGAF or BIZBOK in Business Architecture or similar??
