The Environmental Cleaning Services team is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across Canberra Hospital and community-based facilities. The service plays a critical role in supporting safe, clean, and welcoming environments that enable effective clinical operations and contribute to a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff. As the Quality and Workforce Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Quality and Workforce team. This diverse role includes coordinating administrative functions, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining workforce compliance records, assisting with accreditation and quality processes, and providing first-level support for ICT systems and business applications. You will work closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflows, data integrity, compliance with organisational requirements, and the effective delivery of workforce and quality initiatives across Environmental Cleaning Services.
