What you’ll be doing As a Registered Nurse in our team you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients and families through their rehabilitation journey, you will be required to deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting patients and families through their recovery journey in a fast-paced clinical setting. In this role you will be: * Providing person-centred care tailored to individual patient needs. * Assessing, monitoring and responding to changes in patient condition. * Coordinating discharge planning and making appropriate referrals. * Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior staff and students. * Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes. Essential Criteria: * Registration: Current authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria: * Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD. * Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients. * Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail. * Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
