In this role, you’ll: Work within the Finance Systems Solutions team to support reporting solutions for the Plan to Deliver stream (PPM and PS SAP modules). You’ll develop strategic reporting roadmaps, uplift reporting and analytics capability and enable informed strategic and executive decision making. You’ll enhance reporting capability across the cluster by analysing, scoping and presenting information that supports business improvement initiatives and strategic decisions. With support from the team, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery process, including scoping and design, governance, dashboard development or engagement with Group Technology for larger initiatives, user acceptance testing, change communications, deployment and transition to BAU support. You work closely with stakeholders and Group Technology to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions and drive continuous improvement across financial and project reporting. You’ll support and guide internal teams and broader user groups to build reporting knowledge, strengthen skills, and improve capability in reporting tools and analytical practices. This role is based at the Macquarie Park team hub, and the successful candidate will be expected to meet our 50% workplace presence requirements. About you You are an influential leader with extensive experience delivering business intelligence and reporting solutions in complex environments. You will have extensive experience with technologies such as Equip, Tableau, SAP SAC, Power BI and current Business Intelligence reporting technology including SAPBI/Cognos Analytics. Exposure to SAP PPM and PS modules would be highly regarded. You will have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to translate complex data into meaningful insights and lead improvement initiatives. You will also have exceptional communications skills and be able to engage and influence senior stakeholders. You will have experience supporting and guiding internal teams and broader user groups to strengthen reporting knowledge.
