In this role, you'll: Support the Revenue Manager and the finance team with a variety of ad hoc accounting and revenue related activities, including reconciliations, revenue assurance checks, exception management, data validation, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to the effective management of a high volume transactional environment by ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and within required timeframes. Other duties will include (not limited to): * Contributing to project and change initiatives by monitoring transaction integrity, investigating anomalies, and validating revenue outcomes to ensure no adverse impact on revenue and financial controls * Producing, reconciling, and analysing daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and transaction reports, identifying trends, exceptions, and anomalies to support revenue assurance and informed decision-making This role reports into Revenue Manager within the Customer Technology Division. The Customer Technology division is shaping the future of mobility in NSW through innovative digital solutions. You will be part of a team supporting key technology initiatives, including Opal Next Gen (ONG), that are transforming public transport across NSW. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack About You For you to be successful within this role you should meet with all, or most of the following criteria: * Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business with a major in Accounting * Minimum of 1-2 years post graduate experience in an accounting, finance, or revenue administration role * Strong intermediate Excel skills, with experience using VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, formulas, and data validation techniques to analyse and reconcile large volumes of data Nice to Haves: * Experience using Microsoft Power BI to develop reports, analyse data, and provide actionable insights to support revenue management and business decision-making * Experience managing large volumes of financial or transactional data in a complex operational environment This is a fixed-term role until 1st June, 2028. This role is based in a hybrid environment, with 50% of your time spent in the office. You will typically work five days per month from our Parramatta office and a further five days from another TfNSW office location. To support team collaboration though, you will ideally be based in the Parramatta office every Tuesday & Wednesday. This is a Grade 5 role, paying between $100,123.00 - $110,138.00 + super.
