Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a highly capable and motivated Senior Executive Assistant to support the District Director Finance. This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished administration professional to work closely with senior executive leadership and contribute to strategic and operational outcomes across the District. The OpportunityYou will be responsible for delivering high-level executive support, managing complex and confidential matters, coordinating key communications, supporting governance activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Directorate Executive Office. The role requires initiative, sound judgement, attention to detail, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities within strict timeframes. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has: * Proven experience supporting senior executives in a large and complex organisation. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills. * A proactive and solutions-focused approach. * Advanced administrative and organisational capabilities. * Strong ICT skills, including advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. * The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.
