In this role, you'll: Support the coordination and delivery of service design and assurance activities across technology initiatives. This role plays a key part in guiding project teams through service transition and assurance processes, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and aligned with operational standards. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to meet time-bound deliverables while maintaining governance and quality outcomes. As a hands-on contributor, you will step in to support delivery teams, ensuring service readiness and smooth transition into operations. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack About you The ideal candidate is an experienced Service Design and Assurance professional who can quickly establish themselves and deliver value in a fast-paced environment. You are a proactive self-starter with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and coordination skills, comfortable working across multiple teams, managing competing priorities, and driving outcomes with minimal supervision. You thrive in a collaborative and transparent team culture, demonstrate initiative, and contribute positively to continuous service improvement and operational excellence. The role requires proven experience in Service Transition processes, development of Service Design documentation, and working within both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies. Hands-on experience in Production (Operations) Readiness processes is essential to ensure services are successfully transitioned into operational support environments. Knowledge of ServiceNow reporting, service performance monitoring, and continuous improvement practices is highly desirable.
