About the Role This role provides counselling and case management to participants in the Adult Drug Court Program. The position involves managing a clinical caseload, delivering evidence-based interventions, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The role also requires regular liaison with key stakeholders, including Justice Health and the Downing Centre Local Court. Clients are case managed for up to 12 months as part of their participation in the Adult Drug Court Program, with a focus on supporting recovery, reducing substance-related harm, and promoting successful program completion. For more information, please view the Position Description Ideal Candidate * Experience working with people experiencing issues related to alcohol and other drug use. * Knowledge of evidence-based interventions relevant to alcohol and other drugs. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Experience preparing professional written reports.
