Talent Acquisition Advisor – Talent Pool Location: Sydney, Parramatta, Gosford - flexible hybrid arrangement with the expectation for 2 days per week in nominated office Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office per week) Duration: This is a Talent Pool campaign to register interest for future opportunities and is not linked to any current vacancies. We're seeking experienced recruiters who enjoy partnering with hiring managers, delivering outstanding candidate experiences, and using proactive sourcing strategies to find top talent. By joining our Talent Pool, you'll be considered for future opportunities within our Talent Acquisition team as they arise. Please note, this campaign is not linked to any current vacancies. Opportunities within our Talent Acquisition team span both the Inspectorate and Corporate Services portfolios. The Inspectorate team delivers high-volume recruitment campaigns, including the preparation and facilitation of assessment centres, while the Corporate Services team focuses on recruiting a diverse range of professional, administrative and specialist roles. Across both portfolios, recruiters are responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing quality talent, maintaining candidate pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll play a key role in attracting, assessing and appointing talented people across the organisation. Your day to day: * Deliver end-to-end recruitment services in line with NSW Government requirements. * Partner with hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and best-practice solutions. * Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent, including passive candidates. * Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence hiring outcomes. * Use recruitment data and insights to support decision-making. * Support and mentor junior team members where required. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: * Sound experience managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including an understanding of compliance/privacy requirements. * Experience in managing or coordinating recruitment projects within a high-volume environment will be beneficial. * Strong attention to detail, especially in written and verbal communication such as creating strategic recruitment campaigns and job ads. * Experience working autonomously and collaboratively within a team with high volume recruitment needs. * Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives. * Ability to manage difficult conversations and maintain strategic integrity, whilst working in a changing environment. * Demonstrated experience creating exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment journey * Undertake a range of administrative service in line with best practice methodology’s, legislative and Public Service Commission guidelines How to apply: Click ‘Apply Online’ to access our application portal and submit your application.
